Hello! I need to break the mold LOUDLY and say that cameos customer support is amazing. If you need to reach them its through their email, they replied within 24/hours. I wrote Tuesday morning on the 3rd and they responded in the evening. I was panicked due to ordering a cameo, (as you might know they can be a little pricy depending on who you order from) and there was a mixup from the talent, making the video unusable for valentine's. After reading the reviews and seeing mostly bad things I freaked, thinking that I wouldn't be able to get assistance in time or a refund to place a new order. I sent like 3 emails in a row pleading for help when in reality one would've sufficed since they came with a solution so quickly. 😅 They managed to redo my order for free and the talent fixed the video and really went above and beyond with the new one! My boyfriend will lose his mind on valentines, I cant wait to show him! I once again wanna thank the team and Nolan North for making our Valentine's so special, I will be using Cameo again!!

Complete disappointment! Paid for HD but got poor quality.

Complete disappointment! I paid extra for HD quality but received a video in the lowest resolution imaginable! I also opted for 24-hour delivery, expecting it quickly. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. They don’t offer any refunds either. I just wanted my money back and didn’t receive the product I anticipated. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Disappointing Experience.

Very disappointing. I arranged bookings on three different occasions for my friend's birthday, involving two different celebrities, neither of whom fulfilled their cameo requests. It's frustrating to see them listed on the platform if they aren't going to follow through with the orders. I was excited to surprise my friend, and I feel completely let down.

Very Poor and Overpriced Service

This service is both disappointing and costly. They add several unexpected fees, including extra 24-hour charges. Many high-profile artists seem uninterested in fulfilling requests. I tried to cancel my order and was told a refund was processed, but then I received an email stating there was a hold on my card, and I had to wait a week. This service feels poorly managed and more like a scam. I suggest avoiding it unless you want to waste your money and receive excuses.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience. I attempted to book three times for my friend's birthday with two different celebrities, neither of whom completed the cameos. Why be listed if you’re not going to fulfill orders? I was really excited to surprise my friend, but I felt completely let down.

Last-Minute Cancellations

I arranged for a creator to make a birthday video, only for it to be canceled without any explanation. This has happened both times I used the service. I received notifications stating the creator had a week to complete the video, but then, five days later, I was informed the order was canceled without any clarity. This is not acceptable business practice. I was left scrambling for a gift for my wife. Very disappointing.

Beware of Date Format Confusion

The celebrity video message was fine, but the birthday date was in American format, leading to confusion. The celebrity mentioned the birthday as 11th February instead of 2nd November. UK users should be aware of this inconsistency, especially since other dates were formatted correctly. Disappointing considering the cost.

Great Video, But Hidden Fees

I paid for a video from an artist, and it turned out great. It was delivered quickly and exceeded my expectations. However, after receiving the video, there was a prompt for a tip, which I was willing to give, but the service added a 10% fee on top of that. They even take a portion of the tip. It feels ridiculous to be charged for wanting to tip.
