Our group of six booked and paid for a Rwanda gorilla trek eight months in advance through this company. After arriving in Nairobi, we were informed just before our flight to Kigali that the trek was canceled. The representative admitted that the airfares and permits were never booked for us. This was not just a clerical error, as we had confirmed multiple times the previous week that everything was organized. This is a significant case of fraud. A month later, we still have not received our refund, and communication has ceased when we inquire about it. Do not trust this company! Their booking system seems convincing, and they are responsive at the office level. Sending them your money poses a huge risk — avoid them.

Promises made to reimburse us while we were in Kenya have not been honored. We paid for services that were never provided, they canceled trips at the last minute, and assured us refunds would follow. In total, we spent over 16 hours waiting on payments to be processed. Major issues included delays at the border, unresolved park fees, and our driver not being compensated, which caused financial strain. Our final day was spent waiting for a small refund and driver payment that never arrived. Our driver went above and beyond to ensure our trip wasn’t ruined, and it’s heartbreaking to see him suffer due to the agency’s actions. I have reported them to several organizations. Be cautious when selecting your safari tour agency; no one should endure what we experienced.
My husband and I had an incredible safari in Masai Mara. They were very quick to respond initially. However, we were not informed that the bank in the region would charge a fee for each transaction, resulting in an unexpected additional cost. Aside from that, our experience was excellent. Our driver guide was knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring our wishes were met. We saw the big five and many animals with cubs. On our last day, we visited Lake Naivasha to see the hippos. Thanks to the company, we had an unforgettable experience.
