Review Time
I was a paying customer at $50 per month for several years. Recently, I discovered that the same service is now offered at $12 per month and reached out to ask about renewal options. I was not requesting retroactive refunds - only clarification.
At the same time, I was unable to access downloads tied to my account and contacted support for help. The responses I received were dismissive and did not resolve the access issue.
I was offered promotional pricing, but when I attempted to enroll, I did not receive timely support. By the time I followed up again, the promotional rate had expired. I also requested escalation regarding both the access issue and the pricing concern, and that request was not advanced.
Pricing changes are a business decision. My concern is how this situation was handled - particularly the lack of resolution, delayed responses, and refusal to escalate a long-term customer inquiry. Prospective customers may want to consider how support concerns are addressed before committing.
I only tried this product once for the first time, was'nt so impressed by it and did not use it again afterwards.

I'm not particularly fond of using traditional slide deck platforms. I often have a clear idea of what I want to communicate, but the time spent creating slides can be lengthy and frustrating. This has been my least enjoyable task. However, the service has significantly reduced the time I typically waste on slide creation, allowing me to concentrate on my message instead. It's an excellent tool that saves me at least ten times the cost in time saved. I now use it for both personal and professional purposes. I'm really impressed!
I cancelled my free trial with the service BEFORE it concluded, and my account even indicated that I reverted to a Free plan. However, I was still charged SGD $193.15 (for a year's subscription) the following day. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that I should have contacted them within 24 hours of being billed — a policy that was never communicated during sign-up, in the trial terms, or on the cancellation page. How can users adhere to a rule that was never disclosed? Instead of recognizing their billing mistake, the support team merely reiterated this undisclosed requirement and offered no assistance. This experience feels deceptive, unjust, and frankly, unethical for a company promoting a “free trial.” Potential users should exercise caution before sharing their payment details with this service.
I was charged for an automatic renewal of my Beautiful.ai subscription without receiving any prior email notification. This is not compliant with EU consumer protection laws, which require clear information before any renewal.I immediately contacted support to request a refund, but was told that it was too late because of a 24-hour refund policy. Such a policy is unreasonable when the customer is never informed that a renewal is coming.This lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility does not match the image of a professional company. I strongly advise future customers to be careful and to check their billing settings closely, as renewals seem to occur silently.If Beautiful.ai wants to maintain trust among European users, they should comply with EU regulations and handle refund requests more fairly.
The overall experience was good, I just don’t need it personally. I signed up for a free trial but found it difficult to cancel in time. the whole problem with these type of companies is they advertise "one price" and then when you checkout its the "yearly" price, not the monthly price! In the case of this company, they literally multiply the month price by 3.5 X times and you end up paying significantly more than "as advertised" where's the FCC when it comes to this "false advertising"?
Customer Service is nonexistent. No phone support, only email and chat, neither of which responds. No ability to change your email address or the account you are using. I tried to change this after updating my email, but learned I couldn't, which resulted in losing several months' worth of presentations and my prepaid yearly subscription. There's no way to cancel future billing because I don't have the email—a poor way of doing business and zero support.
Horrible experience , this is a fraud company and charged me for a whole yearly subscription without informing me. I tried to cancel it and there customer care person - Ken - was blunt in saying I can do anything I want but they won’t refund this. I didnot even use this website. Please beware of this company.
