absolut horrible. waiting for 10 hours and galaxy responds to another trade and closes the chat like we are dogs and i didnt just pay them. very unprofessinal and sketchy new platform closing my trde before stop loss was hit.

Lucid has different plans with clear structure for each plan.
Dissapointed with their recent handling of an outage with tradovate. Every single other prop firm with tradovate fixed the issue same day yet Lucid has taken over a week to respond to support tickets and still used AI or Copy Paste to respond to them. Leaving lucid, very disappointed by the way they handled everything.
i just want to thanks everyone in this Propfirm, Especially an admin called FLOP, i am from Palestine and i wanted to verify my documents and he helped me immediately and added Palestine int the KYC section, so i just wanted to say the he deserves a raise and to give my gratitude to him and to the firm, and also if you are trading lucid from Palestine, remember FLOP for helping all of us out.
My experience with Lucid Trading has been extremely disappointing.
I had trades lagging significantly during execution, which already put me at a disadvantage. On top of that, they went ahead and closed my trades without justification. I did not violate any rules, and I was trading fully within their stated guidelines.
To make matters worse, my account was breached, and instead of receiving proper support or resolution, I was left dealing with the consequences. At that point, I decided to close everything with them.
For a prop firm, trust and execution reliability are essential. Unfortunately, Lucid Trading failed on both fronts in my case. I would strongly advise traders to be cautious.
If you’re looking for a more reputable prop firm, I would recommend staying with Topstep instead.

I have been requesting support for the past 15 hours but have not received any response yet.
This issue is urgent as I am unable to access my $50K account due to the wrong email being registered. I need immediate assistance.

It has now been over a month, and there is still no sign of reactivation. All funded and evaluation accounts remain in a paused state.
When I contacted support, I was told the cooldown period is “purely at their discretion” with no estimated timeline. No timeframe, no clear policy, and no accountability.
For traders who have successfully completed multiple payouts, this level of uncertainty is unacceptable. Transparent rules and defined timelines should be standard. Leaving accounts paused indefinitely without explanation makes it very difficult to trust the process.
Does anyone know how long the cooldown period actually lasts? I will leave this review up until my accounts are reactivated.
i know they are really good propfirm with really good rules and actually do payouts and they have very affordable plans.
So my question to you guys are are u you guys really making money cause i have seen people rising you funed accounts.
Same thing happened with the fundingticks they were too affordable and then suddenly collapsed.

First of all I am really disappointed with support they have , when I create any ticket for issues more than 4-5 in row now they always close it right away without even waiting for the response back from customer , I been trying to tell my issue again and again they are not trying to understand my point view , I am not asking for any free account or anything else still I dont like the support they are providing me . No body is able clear to doubts I have . I DONT RECOMMEND LUCID AT ALL , LITERALLY WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ANY PROP FIRM
