Very poor customer service and unresolved refund. I returned my entire order within the return period, confirmed received on December 12th, yet my refund hasn't been processed. My customer service experience has been disappointing. I've reached out multiple times, but my inquiries were either ignored or unhelpful. I was told the refund couldn't be processed due to an open case, but that case is now closed, and the issue persists. I'm trying to resolve this amicably, but the lack of support and communication is frustrating. I'm still waiting for my money, even though the return was received a long time ago.
