After speaking with the representative from the towing service, we discovered that their fees were three times higher than typical costs. What made matters worse was that a representative from the company acknowledged over the phone that the high pricing was necessary for them to 'make a profit.' While I understand that businesses need to earn revenue, this should not come at the expense of customers who are already in a stressful situation on the road, expecting fair and transparent pricing. The charges felt predatory rather than justifiable. When you're stranded and depending on your insurance's roadside assistance, you expect genuine support, not to feel exploited. I would strongly advise anyone using this service through their insurance provider to check towing costs in advance or consider other roadside assistance options if feasible. I canceled my insurance today after two decades of loyalty due to this unsatisfactory experience.

I needed a jump start and was told the estimated arrival time was 60-90 minutes. After waiting 90 minutes, the estimate changed to 35 minutes. When I followed up, they claimed it would be 15 minutes. An hour later, they said 10 minutes. When I expressed my frustration, they hung up on me. Terrible customer service and a wasted morning.
My claims agent assigned a tow through the service, but the representative consistently provided inaccurate information and refused to take responsibility for the failures of the towing company. Despite clear instructions for the vehicle to be towed to my residence, I faced numerous delays and incorrect updates. Ultimately, the tow truck never arrived, and I was left with additional charges due to their incompetence. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and communication.
While they did successfully jump my dead battery, the technician attempted to sell me a battery afterward. When I declined, his attitude changed, and he left abruptly. I was not expecting a sales pitch during roadside assistance. This left me feeling uncomfortable.
I rate my experience one star because a zero-star option isn't available. The technician had no knowledge of my truck's issue and left without providing any solutions. His behavior was unprofessional and offensive. I will be warning others about this service.
