Customer support is fantastic quick reply’s and are happy help to sort your issue out as I was pretty frustrated with the website not having the correct information that should of been on there I was lead down the path and made my purchase and to be told I won’t see it for nearly a week and it was a click and collect which should of be same day but customer support were fantastic and had it delivered to my doorstep thank you I will use your service again with in mind not to expect same day pick up
I purchased new speakers to enhance the basic audio in my vehicle and received them yesterday. I installed both in about an hour this morning.
The sound quality is incredible compared to what I had before, and I’m very pleased.
The retailer maintained communication during shipping and provided a helpful video link for installation.
I will definitely shop here again.

There were numerous options in the system, but none connected me. While I understand the intention to be efficient, the experience was not friendly.
I used the license plate tool to order the correct part for my vehicle. However, it turned out to be the wrong part. After a week of frustrating attempts, they accepted the return. I ended up spending $20 on postage, another $15 to send it back, and faced a 10% restocking fee. Overall, I lost $43 due to the website tool. This is very disappointing.
I placed my order at the end of November, but it wasn't shipped until December 10th, and I only received it on the 15th. There was no notification about the delays and no communication at all. I recommend ordering from other reputable sellers to avoid the wait.
There is no customer service available by phone, only through email. The stores in Melbourne don't carry the same parts as those in Sydney. Ten days before my order was dispatched, and I hope the parts will be of good quality. I should have sourced the parts in-store; I would have had them by now. NOT RECOMMENDED, 0 stars.
