My experience with a Mercedes Service Plan

The staff are excellent from the moment one arrives on leaving their car until leaving. He showroom is clean and the choice of Refresh next good.The downside of my visit to have work done on my vehicle which has happened twice at Mercedes Belfast, my car was not washed after completion by the mechanics. This happened again yesterday which is a disapointment for the price I pay each month for a Mercedes service plan.
