A deeply disappointing experience

I booked a trip and made a payment through the app. They deducted the amount from my account and then canceled my reservation. There was no reply to my emails, and when I called, I was told there was a system issue, and the refund would take a month. If I wanted to rebook, I had to pay again. Last year, I also had to make multiple calls to get a refund after waiting three months.

Unreliable flight schedules

I booked a return ticket from one city to another, and the flight from my departure point was delayed by 6 hours, not due to weather but due to low passenger numbers. On my return, the flight was delayed by another 3 hours. I only found out about the delay while heading to the airport, and I ended up missing my check-in time and had to pay for a next-day flight. This will be my last trip with this airline; I'd gladly pay more to fly with a different carrier.

Missed flight due to staff inefficiency

I missed my flight because the staff were unprofessional and slow. After using this airline for over 15 years without issues, it seems they are now intentionally causing delays to make passengers rebook.

I traveled from one country to attend a wedding. After landing for business, my flight was canceled without options, causing me to miss the wedding. They offered another flight, but it was delayed several times, and I was left without any clear information. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would never trust this airline again.

The worst travel experience

This airline has been the worst I've ever encountered. I strongly advise against booking flights with them. On an international trip, my flight was delayed by 6 hours with no notification. Upon returning, I had to wait at the airport for 24 hours due to another delay, with no clear updates. The food was subpar, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. This has been my worst travel experience in a decade, and I will not fly with them again.

Frustrating waiting list experience

Missed flight due to negligence

My father, who is diabetic, needed to travel for medical treatment. We arrived at the airport well in advance, but due to poor service, we missed our flight. The staff were unhelpful, and I was made to run around asking for assistance. In the end, I had to pay extra for a new ticket. While one staff member was kind, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The staff are irresponsible and rude, showing little regard for passengers. Flight timings change frequently without notification, and passengers are treated poorly. Many have health issues and cannot wait long periods for food. This airline needs serious improvements in customer service.
