Absolutely terrible company, I have been cut off multiple times even though bills have been paid with direct debits in place. You cannot speak to an actual person, instead you are asked to troubleshoot yourself.
I’ve supplied all documentation to prove everything is paid and up to date to be cut off again. The harassment for money is worse than any debt collector. Would not recommend or use!!
Ironic selling a phone service but not offering it themselves!

A telecom service without a phone number. Deceptive, overpriced, and with alternatives available for much less. They also tend to remove negative feedback. The trial lasts a week and must be cancelled on a weekday via email. Typical of a company that pretends to be more than it is.

Unwanted marketing emails without an unsubscribe option. Legally, there should be an opt-out mechanism for all marketing communications under UK regulations. Non-compliance can result in penalties. We have reported this to the appropriate authorities.
