I would like to just say that from answering questions before being a customer to quickly responding after being a customer still they have an A+. They are quick to help resolve issues with any misunderstanding from the customer with different solutions for you. I've made two purchases and will be making more soon. The the product has also been top notch great quality and great packaging as well. All around great company to deal with.
Bought 2 of the VMax 4” side shooter pod lights. Great lights and look great, unfortunately the DRL light on the driver side went out after a month. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement right away.
I purchased some 5 Inch 172W LED Side Shooter Amber Pod Lights with Amber DRL. They are precisely what I was looking for and incredibly bright. I'm very pleased with them. I encountered a problem with moisture seeping in, which caused the lights to malfunction. I reached out to the support team via email, and they responded promptly. After providing my order details and photos, they honored the 1-year warranty and sent me replacements.
I wanted to replace my RA60 3x3 panel with the slim version. After reaching out via email, they promptly arranged for the new panel to be shipped, charging only for shipping. The team was extremely friendly and quick in their response.
Additionally, I ordered the 7" lights and the LED conversion for high and low beams. They are incredibly bright and of excellent quality.
I couldn't be more satisfied, and my vehicle looks outstanding.
I’m working on a retrofit project and encountered an issue with one of the lights. I reached out to the warranty department, and they guided me through a confirmation process to ensure there was indeed a problem. A replacement was promptly sent, and I’m truly impressed with the customer support. The light output is significantly brighter compared to another brand, and they have a much cleaner appearance.
I purchased a pair of headlights in March, and one recently burnt out. I reached out to the support team, and they replied promptly. They expressed their apologies for the inconvenience and sent me a replacement pair. Outstanding customer service!
