Review Time
At time of checking in didn’t know I was required to leave my car keys where chub was not comfortable doing. Was able to track my car from abroad and seen that it was moved to another car park.On return to airport I called the number to arrange to be picked up but the company sent a small minibus and a 14/15 seater minibus to pick up over 20 people waiting outside the terminal. They seemed to be happy to split up families and the due to no room said they would come back for us in 10mins. This was at 3am and I had 3 children who were left freezing and tired . After over 30mins later, and after another call they then sent the minibus back to collect us only For the driver to refuse to lift our luggage into the van. When collecting my keys I received no apologies for any of the inconvenience. I collected my keys and then spent 5 mins trying to find my car which was obviously not parker in the same location I left it in. Thankfully the car seemed to be ok and thankfully this was the only negative experience on our full holiday. Will never be using this site again. Unprofessional, incompetent and no care for the customer and only interested in getting as way customers through the door as possible but no way of actually facilitating transfers to the airport. Please avoid!!!
