Would give zero stars if possible. My vehicle was damaged by another car while parked at the short stay parking, smashing the rear window. The airport simply directed me to their terms and conditions, stating I park at my own risk, and referred me to the authorities, which was pointless as they said it wasn't within their jurisdiction. Extremely disappointing. I paid £70 for four days of parking, only to return to a shattered window, which delayed my return home by four hours. I had to pay over £115 for the repairs, and the airport showed no interest in assisting. They claim they will provide CCTV footage upon request, but it’s clear the authorities won’t ask for it.
The parking facility is secure, but the driver who picked us up after a relaxing weekend was incredibly rude, making a scene in front of a full bus stop at terminal 2. I had stored the parking number on my phone and called upon landing since we didn’t have paperwork. The driver accused us of lying about our call until another kind woman on the bus proved I had the correct number, allowing us to board. This was not the experience I wanted after a holiday, and I would definitely not use this service again.
