What I miss in the system: When you use Cabeled sensors you can easily test if the sensors are conected to the alarm and comunicating detections to the alarm.Whe you have AJAX wireless (batery) sensors you use them on way that they dont detect when the alarm is off, so you can not check if they are giving signal when the alarm is conected, unless you test them with alarm on.
I low life scum approached the building my partner was sleeping in alone, while I work on the other side of the country (Australia). Being 1 o’clock in the middle of the night, and given the fact that he was carrying a crow bar, makes me dubious about his intentions. Before he touched the building the Ajax “curtain sensor” activated the loud siren and flashing lights. He levered the sensor from the wall (think he noticed it flash) triggering a second alarm. In confusion he smashed the sensor like it was after him, retreated to his getaway car, and fled. (All on video). I’ll be building a protective cover for the new sensor (already in place). This product has not produced a single false alarm, and no one has got past it. Perfect.
When I had a response from the person in charge of the customer service of Ajax Systems, I've been so surprised by his level of knowledge about their product that I felt as if it were very Mr. Aleksandr Konotopskyi, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, that were responding directly to me.This person gave me a clear answer to each of my questions within half an hour after I asked the support.What an efficiency!?Unfortunately I haven't been able to purchase your product only because your distributor who I contacted by an email hasn't responded to me, yet (after more than one month), but it's another story.I'm not good at speaking in English, but I'm willing to pass you my phone number, because I'm still hoping to purchase a product of yours and I need another support for it.
The Ajax has been excellent. I never waited a long time to get a reply from them especially when I need technical assistance and I was in process of installation. Really professional and fast service. All the best to say about them comparing them to others companies. Keep it up...
