I had a problem on the ajax app which meant I could not use the system.I contacted the help department who replied very quickly with a request for more information about my mobile phone and offered a couple of suggestions to try in the meantime. The first suggestion was to reboot my iphone which cured the problem completely.This is the first time in over 3 years of using the Ajax system that I have had any problems, the system has always worked perfectly and updates are done very quickly. I am now more impressed than ever with the system and congratulate the help team for their speedy and helpful reply. It's now been just over 3 years since I installed my first Ajax alarm. I've tested other brands before, but Ajax stands out for its simplicity of use, speed of commissioning, unprecedented range of radio elements and very responsive and efficient support. Of course I haven't installed a wired version, nor tested all the components, but I'm sure it will be easy. I set up my first NVR with an Ajax camera, which was disconcertingly easy to install, and even with third-party camerasThank you for all.
I purchased Alarm for protection from intruders 2 1/2 yrs ago..changed my number recently and password did not accept. Emailed Support Ajax system, they helped me retrieve my “locked out” account in app. On a Sunday, I got their swift response. Ukraine Ajax Alarm System has been working well.
