The only drawback is that the system does not sound when entering the room when the alarm is activated. Thus, householders who do not know that the alarm is activated when entering the apartment do not know that they have to deactivate it, so the siren can be sounded.
This system is verry easy to instal and manage have worked lot with ajax wired and wireles. nothing bad to syaOnly thing would be awesome to have some seperate tool or app in wich u can connect to hub without ethernet connection for config
Recently we had the Ajax System installed at our Home. The complete system took about an Hour to install and commission with no mess whatsoever. The Install Engineer was most helpful and answered all our questions regarding it's operation. One great feature is the ability of all round protection with the system armed and being able to walk around anywhere.We would recommend it to Family and Friends
Excellent system to monitor your property. It has all the features you would need. All aspects of the system were able to be monitored remotely. Remote monitoring from another country was the requirement which it met perfectly. I am able to arm/disarm from outside India and also get alerts if any of the sensors are triggered.
Ajax was recommended by a friend as the top wireless systems nowadays. However, after purchasing the security set one of the motion sensors appear to be faulty out of the box. I was asked to cover the delivery charges of the replacement sensor. Apparently the address provided by the Ajax rep was wrong and the faulty sensor was returned back to me. Ajax support team advised that the seller was not authorized partner and will not take responsibility for the faulty product. The result, faulty expensive system with no warranty. Will NEVER recommend AjaxAlso, recommendations In case of no built-in speaker in the keypad, would be great at least to have some kind of warning flashing light on enter when armedApplication is slow and some times is unresponsive or takes long time to disarm/armApplication UI fob for arming disarming has bad visual. Colour scheme can be improved
We ordered the Ajax system for our office. We offered several motion sensors, opening sensors, and siren. I think this was a great experience because installation took only 2 hours and it was super easy. Now it is very comfortable and easy to use - the mobile app is great, I see everything that happens, and I can open the office for my co-workers just from my smartphone with one click. Definitely like it!
