HiEkwe installed this Ajax alarm 3 yrs back and it was good for 2 yrs . Later on it started giving problems like wrong time alarm , false notification s etc . We called person whom we bought this and got it serviced but no use again same story. Now I hv muted alarm so that neighbour s won't be disturbed. Now service people not responding properly they are giving silly reasons and asking us to check online and adjust it. This is not fair, we hv paid nearly one lakh fir this.Do the needful.
We had Ajax alarms recommended by our electrician, who put us in touch with the distributor and I was able to take advantage of his discounts, the system was delivered to the installer who took a couple of hours to install and sync allof the sensors with 2 phones and ipads.Such a simple system to operate and so far faultless, im adding additional sensors to the system shortly and linking cctv cameras to it as well, im certain that it will be a huge benefit longer term. Great engineering, and proud to support a Ukraine based business.
We had the wireless system installed professionally. There have been no false alarms and no problems so far and it is by far the easiest system to use we have ever had. Controlling the alarm with the app is very straightforward even for oldies like us, overall 10 out of 10. A very high quality system.
I've had our new Ajax alarm for a few months now and I love how easy it is to use and that I can set/unset it from wherever I am. I have the app on my phone so I don't even need to use the key fob that was supplied to us. So far a great security system.
