It is easy to work and use on the mobile. I consider it very useful for all house owners. Recently, I have had an unexpected external power disconnection which was restored without taking any action after a while. This made the mobile use impossible during the disconnection.
Excellent Service. I have Ajax systems on several properties, with which I have always been very happy, and an outdoor motioncam stopped sending photos on activation. I contacted their support email and they quickly looked into it, checked the system out and asked me to do a few things and perform a few activations and within a few hours it was fixed and working perfectly again. They were extremely efficient and helpful, it took me longer to respond to them then for them to respond to me!
Excellent company ! We recently had it installed in our secondary home and all had gone without a hitch. They are courteous, professional and responsive. We accidentally hit the panic button and they quickly called to check what was going on. The system is straight forward and easy to use, which is good when we have guests. Highly recommend A+++
