I ordered two sweaters in October. One finally arrived, but it had a hole in the sleeve. Despite receiving friendly messages, the second one has yet to show up, and their email address seems to be nonfunctional. It's crucial to check reviews before placing an order. I do not recommend this company.
Complete SCAM!!! I have reported this to the authorities; they only provide AI-generated email responses for complaints or refund requests. I ordered two items months ago, all made in China, not the UK. It took a month for delivery, one item was incorrect, and they promised a replacement that never came, as well as a refund that also never arrived.
Avoid this company - if you choose to order, do so at your own risk. They do not honor their refund policy and are unreliable with deliveries. I have been arguing with them for four months about a refund, exchanging numerous emails. Their replies are all generic, saying, "we will be in touch." "You have been warned."
This is a truly awful company. The images on their website are very misleading. The item I received was of extremely poor quality, with tiny labels in Chinese and no care instructions or information about the fabric content. I requested a refund, but they made it incredibly difficult, constantly asking for more information. They finally offered a 30% refund if I kept the item, but for a full refund, I would need to return it to China, which is costly and time-consuming. They claimed to have issued my refund on November 11, but as of November 25, there is still no sign of it. They say they are having 'technical issues' with their refund system, which I do not believe. This seems like another excuse to delay or deny my refund. I would be shocked if I ever received it. The cardigan ended up in the bin; it wasn't even worthy of donating. I am beyond frustrated and feel deceived. They seem polite and apologetic, but don’t be fooled; their actions say otherwise. Avoid this company, their website is misleading, their products are of terrible quality, and their customer service is appalling.
Can someone please inform me if deliveries from this company are actually received? I ordered two cashmere sweaters on October 30 and was told the parcel would arrive by the 15th. I haven't heard anything since and have received no replies to my emails. I'm starting to wonder if I've been scammed. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Awful company! I ordered a jumper from them, and it was very poor quality with rough material. It took six weeks to arrive, had no labels, and when I requested a refund, they tried various tactics to persuade me to keep it. Eventually, I was so exhausted by the situation that I accepted a 'partial refund and keep the jumper.' I would never use this company again. Don't let their fancy website fool you!
I've already reviewed this company here! They contacted me, saying that I could keep the jumper (which has no labels on it) and offered a 50% discount. I'm still waiting! Now they are acting as if they don't know me. What a frustrating experience!
Please read all the reviews before purchasing anything from this scam company. They will take your money immediately, make you wait weeks for delivery, and use a careless courier for what will not be the product you ordered. I bought something advertised as a '100% cashmere' jumper, which looks and feels like cheap, man-made material and isn't even in the right color. Despite their stated return policy, they fail to mention that you must return the item to China at your own expense, which costs around £30. If you raise an issue, their 'goodwill gesture' (as if they are doing you a favor) is a 20% refund on an item you don't want. This is a very bad company that should be investigated by the authorities. Please don't make the same mistake as others.
