This is not a genuine company. The website shows a photo of a shop, supposedly in London, that is a fake. I ordered three cashmere jumpers, which turned out to be viscose and polyester. The jumpers arrived in aplastic wrapping that must be torn to be opened. But tearing the plastic makes any return invalid under their policy. Despite what it says, it is not based in the UK and items are shipped from China to a warehouse in the UK, which sound dodgy too. Avoid this company at all costs.
Would rate 0 if possible. Two months ago I paid £87 for products that were never delivered. Got in touch with them, there are over 20 emails now and all I get are excuses and promises but no solution. I now think they never intended to deliver anything and the answers were just to trick me into. I have now reported them to the authorities.
I ordered two sweater in October. One eventually arrived albeit with a hole in sleeve however although they send lovely messages the second one has never arrived also there email address is not working. Should always look at trustpilot before ordering. Do not use this company
Absolutely shocking experience. This company is totally unpr8ncipalled.I ordered from them and delivery was very late.The product was labeled XXL but was medium at best.I tried to return for refund and was informed I had to post to China at my expense. Plus add a written statement as to my satisfaction which they would consider before refund.Horrible, horrible people.I did get 50% back but am lumbered with a no-good product.Do not deal with these people!
This is a scam company. You may get a parcel but it won't include what you ordered. They then make you return to CHINA, AT YOUR EXPENSE. They will then offer you a refund starting at 20% of what you paid, increasing to 40%, but even if you accept, they won't actually send the refund. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
BUYERS BEWARE!! - THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY BASED IN CHINA, NOT IN LONDON AS THEY CLAIM! WHAT YOU SEE ADVERTISED WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU RECEIVE! THEY MAKE OUTLANDISH CLAIMS ABOUT THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR GARMENTS BUT WHAT YOU RECEIVE WILL BE AN EXTREMELY INFERIOR ITEM WHICH WOULD COST ONLY PENNIES TO PRODUCE IN CHINA! THEY DO NOT SEND ANY PAPERWORK AND THERE ARE NO LABELS INSIDE THE GARMENTS. AFTER COMPLAINING THEY INITIALLY OFFERED ME A 20% REFUND WHICH SLOWLY ROSE TO A 70% REFUND BUT FULL REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED AFTER YOU HAVE RETURNED THE ITEMS TO CHINA - YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE COSTS! BUT THAT IS A PROBLEM IN ITSELF... AFTER THEY PROMISE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HEAR NOTHING MORE FROM THEM AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM, THEY WILL COME UP WITH EXCUSES REGARDING TECHNICAL ISSUES, ETC ETC ETC!!... SO WAVE GOODBYE TO YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!
