The All-in-one outdoor sensor of the WS-5300 was faulty. Contacted Hesdo Service Center. Within two hours, the handling was arranged via E-mail and a new sensor was prepared for shipment. The next day, the sensor was delivered to us. We are very satisfied with the handling, this deserves a big plume.
In May 2019 I was very pleased about Alecto and I wrote a very good review with 5 stars.But now I am very disappointed. What happened in the mean time? In May 2019 I had a problem with the outdoor unit of a weatherstation. Alecto send me a new outdoor unit.But this unit is also causing problems now. After only 7 months this unit is also dead. So, I can only make the following conclusion. This product is far from professional. It is not working the way you should expect.
