I have a sliding gate opener. No end of problems. Auto stop doesn't always work properly. Clutch to release gate in event of motor failure breaks. Response from company with service questions poor. Looking to remove and replace with something I don't have to worry about
I ordered their 4 seater floaty for my cottage lake and after being blown up - the next day it deflated. Customer response was...when it is out in the sun and fully inflated all day and all night it is bound to deflate. Due to being outside all day and night it has caused the material to expand and retract so much which is why it deflated...WHATTTT ARE THEY NUTS. It's a floaty and supposed to be out in the water all day and night and NOT DEFLATE. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!
Purchased the 12x10' premium awning with half cassette plus optional solar powered sun/rain/wind sensor. The blind was very easy for two people to assemble in about 4 hours (helps to watch the Youtube videos a few times first as some of the instructions are confusing). Then another two hours to install the three mounts on the outside wall into wood studs, attach the awning, pair remote, and adjust to level the front.Installing the optional $95 solar powered sun/rain/wind detector only took 15 minutes. It automatically opens with sun higher than a preset value you enter, closes if wind exceeds a value you enter, and optionally closes if rain exceeds light, heavy, or can disable.Overall very pleased and definitely worth the upgrade for the luxury model. Anywhere from 50% to 75% lower cost than some of the better known brands.
Terrible customer service for returns. Received wrong product and returned it weeks ago. All was in the box, my order number and tracking number on the top of the box. Now being told I need to submit another tracking number. I see many negative comments about this company I can see why. Not an honest company, stay away and shame on Walmart for dealing with a shady company. i intend to make this very public.
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I wouldn't begin to fathom treating my clients this way. I purchased a gate opener from Aleko and was proud to do so, when received it would not work for me. I hired a professional to install, after numerous hours of troubleshooting and still paying the professional to troubleshoot, I still have a unit not working. They offered to send another out to me, I accepted thinking things happen. Unfortunately, now having issues with the second one. I have been calling since July 2021 and am on the phone as I type this October 18, 2021 and still cant a manager to help. I have found that they are in Kent, WA and no one will get me to the Supervisor, Manager or General Manager. I need to some to resolve this issue ASAP. All I want is my money back. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
Bought heavy driveway gate online from Aleko on 06/14 for $2492 which they shipped using ABF Freight. Aleko's online shipping description says merchandise would be dropped off at the "end of the driveway". ABF says they only drop of at street curb, which would block street traffic, access to house and is a safety hazard. ABF and Aleko refused to drop in a safer spot closer to the house unless for an extra fee of $175. This is either a scam or extortion. I told Aleko in writing on 07/02 that their refusal voids the purchase agreement, and I expect full refund. I initiated a chargeback. On 07/09 they informed me that they will charge unspecified storage and shipping fees, which seemed like another threat. I reiterated that I expect a full refund. On 08/02 it was revealed these extra charges would be a whopping $814, which is straight extortion. I wrote other online reviews, and, unless will proceed with a legal case to the Attorney General and beyond if Aleko doesn't fully own their mistake, fully refund, and end the harassment, threats and extortion to customers. *****Their good Google reviews seem to be from a farm. They keep trying to get my BBB complaint deleted.****
