I’ve been working with Coach Molly for the past eight months and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her and Limitless Coaching more highly.
Molly is incredibly supportive and kind, and she made my entire journey both enjoyable and productive. I always felt heard and supported, and there was so much flexibility while still working towards the goals we set together.
I was initially hesitant about online coaching, but I haven’t regretted the decision for a single day. Through detailed training videos and ongoing nutrition guidance, I’ve always felt confident and supported in the gym and with my food choices.
What truly sets Molly apart is her values. She consistently encouraged me to build a sustainable relationship with both the gym and food. That sometimes meant taking a long-term approach, such as reverse dieting instead of chasing immediate results. That level of integrity and long-term thinking is rare and incredibly valuable.
Molly is not only knowledgeable, but genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have had her support throughout this journey.
I’ve been working with Limitless Coaching and Morgane for about a month and a half now and honestly… it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. In just 6 weeks, I saw real results and even people around me noticed the difference!!
What I realized through this journey so far is that I never lacked motivation or discipline. I lacked knowledge. I realized that basically 80% of what I knew about health and fitness was completely wrong. I was doing cardio every single day, hurting my knees, constantly exhausted, thinking that was the only way. I genuinely believed 30 minutes of intense cardio was more “efficient” than walking, when in reality it's not true at all. When I think about the older version of me, I get really emotional. She tried so hard but doing it wrong. That’s why I’m so grateful I joined this program. For the first time I have guidance, structure and real support.
And the flexibility is honestly a game changer. There’s none of that “cut this forever” mentality. I can still eat everything as long as I hit my macros. That completely changed my relationship with food. Before, I would say “this is the last day I eat chips” and then binge on three bags and repeat the cycle the next day. Now I can have a small portion, enjoy it and stop because I know I can have some again tomorrow if I want. That freedom changed everything.
For the first time I actually believe I’ll get there. I had started to accept that the body I wanted just wasn’t for me, that my metabolism was slow or broken. Now I do the work and see progress every single week.
I’m grateful, relieved, motivated and honestly just so happy I found this program. Learning through the webinars and discussions with my coach has been eye opening. This is not a quick fix. It’s real education and real change, and one that is sustainable.
A special shoutout to Morgane who supports me everyday in becoming the best version of myself, this is by far the best investment I've ever done in myself and I wish I had found it sooner 💕💕💕💕
I have been working with limitless coaching a little more than 2 months now and i would like to share my experience with it and specially with coach Bav.
Firstly I’m beyond grateful to have her as my coach. She is not just a trainer — she is truly a constant source of motivation and positivity in my journey. Working with her was one of the best decisions for my health and fitness journey.
She constantly motivates me and never lets me give up on my diet or workouts. She pushes me to challenge myself and always aim for better, but in such a positive and supportive way. Even on days when I’m not at my best, she appreciates my progress instead of criticizing and guides me on how to improve further. That balance of discipline and support is rare.
In just 2 months, I’ve lost around 7–8 kgs and am finally fitting into clothes that used to be too tight. As someone with PCOS, one of the biggest wins has been seeing my periods become regular over the last two months.

The recipes provided are fantastic and simple to follow, making it much easier to stay on track. I’ve also been traveling a bit during this time, and my coach has been wonderfully accommodating. She creates hotel gym workouts, shares dining-out tips, and offers advice to help me maintain my progress even while I’m away.
