Review Time
We had a video call as our original impressions did not turn out. The gentleman we had was polite and professional. Every thing went smooth.... and then things went south. After a month and a half of waiting my wife finally called to check on the status only to find out the impressions that we were told looked perfect were not good enough, gee did you ever think to reach out and tell us this or where you just going to sit on your thumb and how we forgot? So back to square one of then sending another impression kit(they said they will waive the fee, ya you better since you guys were the ones to explain it and tell us they looked perfect) we received the kit and my wife went to set up another call with them...... almost a two month wait 😠 😡 so we've been chasing our tails for about 4 months now and are no closer than we were on day one. Starting to think this company is a scam. Forget my earlier review this one one more accurate.
What an easy and pleasant experience. I have put this off for too many years. The price was perfect to get me to finally move on this, and I can't be happier with the experience and results. Abby was great to work with!
