Scam they charged my debit card

Scam they charged my debit card. No tracking number no order number. I've emailed several times with no response at all. I will have to cancel with my bank. The have no problem stealing money .

No actual help, disappointed with product and person who “helped” me.

From the beginning it was great and after a few days turned awful…I bought this for two games specifically! To which I could play neither properly. Metal Gear Solid for the PlayStation started out great! Nostalgia kicked in immediately, until I tried to pick a weapon. It would just open and close the weapon selector like I was pressing the button and releasing it at a fast rate. Final fantasy tactics advanced for the Gameboy Advanced. Again started well, played for a couple of days and then it stopped saving my progress. After a few days and many wasted hours I attempted to reach out for help. All the advice they tried to give me I did prior to reaching out on multiple occasions. I the person whom I was emailing at one point was at times very condescending and super unhelpful essentially pushing it off not reading my messages properly and no response what so ever after a couple of messages back and forth. Just so disappointed.

worked for about 3 hours in total

worked for about 3 hours in total, then stopped loading, comes on and displaysthe first game stick page the nothing after that just black screen, im assuming that the SDcard has failed ??

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the provided address, the responsibility for its security shifts to the recipient.To solve this issue, you need to get a certificate from the shipping company mentioning it was stolen and we'll send you a new parcel. Or we can send you a new parcel for a fee of $60.FYI,I've been trying to call their own carrier which is GOFO and not able to talk to a live customer. I send emails below are their responseThank you for your email. We have carefully examined the proof of delivery taken by the courier.If you would like, could you send us a photo of your address/house/apartment? We need to confirm if the courier delivered to the wrong spot.We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us." They dropped the item in front of my building not in front of my apartment door. Which means anyone can steal it. I recommend buy a product that has Great customer service. They make it seem like they to help but do not.
