From the moment we stepped in we were looked after. Politely greeted. Elli looked after us on our visit and she was amazing. She listened to what I had in mind for a dress and selected some beautiful dresses. Guided me into the right direction with accessories that were avaliable to suite my style. She was fantastic. Highly recommended wed2be. Reasonable prices, lovely dresses, great customer service.
I had a great experience recently at Wed2B in Swindon. I went in knowing a little of what I wanted in a wedding dress, and had written a few of the dresses down that I liked from the website. Amber looked after me and was able to find a couple of my choices, as well as suggesting a few other similar options. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one I chose, which also happened to be my favourite from the website - I was so lucky!
Amber was great, full of enthusiasm, and showed me some accessories and ideas without being at all pushy. I went in feeling quite nervous, but had a great time and was really happy with my choice. The dresses were all beautiful and the shop was also nice and warm on a cold wet day which was a bonus!
I had the most awful experience at Wed2B Milton Keynes, and it has completely ruined what should have been a special wedding dress shopping moment for me.
To begin with, I waited over an hour before being seen. The reason given for the delay was that my dad was with me, which I found completely unreasonable and unnecessary. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I called to specifically ask whether certain styles were available in my size. I was told this branch is essentially a warehouse and the largest Wed2B store, so availability would not be an issue.
However, after waiting over an hour, I was taken to the back only to be told that none of the dresses I had enquired about were available in my size. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of my time.
What made the situation far worse was the way I was treated by the manager on site. As a plus-size bride, I was made to feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. The tone in which she spoke to me was dismissive and unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of enthusiasm or basic customer service. I did not feel supported, celebrated, or respected.
I also observed other brides being treated far more warmly and attentively than I was. The contrast in treatment was deeply upsetting and only reinforced how unwelcome I felt in that store.
The overall experience felt discriminatory, and I ultimately walked out because I could not tolerate the way I was being treated. No bride should leave a bridal store feeling humiliated or diminished.
I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.
Cecilé from the Camberley store was incredible. She was able to source exactly what I dreamed of after talking in detail about what I’d like and listening to the way I felt about each dress. It was my first dress shopping experience and I found the one!
Had the best experience on Saturday. Karla was lovely and really knew what she was talking about- the first dress she gave me to try was the one 🩷 (still tried on a few others to get a feel for them too!) She was so helpful and it never felt pushy or rushed. My mum and sister were also made to feel really involved. Michelle was lovely and really helpful too. The shop has a great feel to it, everyone was welcoming and friendly. We had to wait a wee bit but that was to be expected and the area to wait was nice.
Visited the store today with my sister and what can I say it was the best experience!! Mary was fantastic her knowledge amazed me and she was just so full of energy and I felt right at ease straight away. She is an absolute asset to the company for sure! I found and purchased the most amazing dress and that’s all thanks to Mary!! Thank you so much!!
Everyone I interacted with at the company was fantastic—so accommodating, polite, honest, and cheerful. My entire experience has been overwhelmingly positive! The staff at the location were exceptional, providing valuable wisdom and advice when needed. I wish I could buy my dress all over again. Their expertise, recommendations, and honesty were greatly appreciated. The customer service team was also remarkable; one representative in particular was outstanding. This entire journey has kept me relaxed and stress-free! I felt truly valued, and it was heartwarming to see how genuinely excited the staff were for me. A truly wonderful group of women.
I entered the store not expecting to leave with the wedding dress of my dreams. The staff were incredibly supportive and helped ease my nerves. They were attentive to my feelings and knew when I needed a moment to breathe. I walked out with my beautiful dress and a matching tiara, and later found the most stunning veil. I am truly grateful to the team for everything they did.
