Whilst looking at the more well known companies I came across this company. A lot of investigating showed they were good and legit. Quick to answer questions. The web site was very good. The whole booking process was good with lots of detailed information on a remote trip. So far no complaints at all. Very fast at responding to questions. Price wise they are good too and offer the same service (better so far for me and I've used numerous previously) as the bigger companies.
I was fortunate to connect with the representative this morning. He was incredibly helpful, addressed all my inquiries, and made the conversation enjoyable. His enthusiasm about the trip I was considering reassured me that I was making the right decision. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!
Outstanding support team - we had several questions before finalizing our trip, and the team was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, which instilled great confidence in us during the booking process.
I thoroughly enjoyed hiking in the Picos De Europa. However, it would be beneficial to inform hikers to bring a 3-5 liter hydration bladder since water is scarce on the trail. Other than that, the guides were fantastic, and the fellow hikers were great companions.
I have booked twice previously with the service and had wonderful experiences, from the holidays themselves to pre-departure communication and post-trip feedback, and most recently my inquiries for a third trip. They are responsive, helpful, and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend this service.
The online booking process was very straightforward, and the communication with the company was prompt and clear when I had questions. I appreciated the website, which explained everything clearly and gave me the confidence to book the trek next June in Peru.
I haven’t gone on the trip yet, but I already regret not choosing another option. When I inquired about adding a night to my first hotel stay, they quoted me 150% of the online rate for that night. The transfer prices were similarly inflated. The packing list included many non-clothing items like personal first aid kits and water purification supplies, making me question what I’m actually paying for. Clean water should be a basic provision from tour guides. Their website suggests generous tipping for guides, but for what? For price gouging and a long list of amenities that won’t be provided?
