I bought a dress on the Vittoriaveneti website. The dress arrived (already very late), and unfortunately it is made of poor-quality materials and it doesn't fit around my hips. I have been waiting for a reply via email for a month, because the website says you need to send them an email as I requested a return according to the instructions. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. I want my money back
If I could give a 0 I would. Disgusting quality. Horrible fabric - false advertising and horrible stitching. Thin and cheap! I reached out to them regarding a refund five weeks ago. I still have not received it. They promised it will be in my account in 10 days and still nothing. I have been following up the refund, and I have not received a response. I’ve just reported them to scam alert with the triple ACC
I am absolutely furious with this company and their TERRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased clothes from them, and the QUALITY IS SHOCKINGLY BAD. The fabric is cheap, the stitching is coming apart, and overall, the items feel like they’ll fall apart after one wash.To make matters worse, I was promised a refund after I reached out about the poor quality of the items, but it's been weeks, and I still haven't received anything. They are ignoring my emails, and I've gotten no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. It feels like I’ve been scammed.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Terrible quality, awful customer service, and they don’t even follow through on their promises. I will never be shopping here again, and I strongly recommend you STAY AWAY!
Unfortunately I never received my order. First they respond to me and try to help to get my package. Out of the sudden no responding anymore and my money is gone over 150$.I dont know if its a scam but I never received my package. I hope I can get my money back.
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Vittoria Veneti. I purchased a dress from them, and when I decided to return it, they offered me a ridiculously unprofessional solution: they wanted me to keep the dress and receive only 70% of the amount I paid back. At first, I reluctantly agreed, hoping it would be a simple resolution. But now, three weeks have passed, and they have completely ignored my emails. I have made multiple attempts to contact them, and they have not had the decency to respond.This is beyond unacceptable. Not only is the customer service non-existent, but they also don’t seem to care at all about fulfilling their promises. To make matters worse, I’m left in limbo, without a refund and with no communication from them whatsoever. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Vittoria Veneti—this brand has shown complete disregard for its customers. If you value any kind of service or accountability, stay far away from them.
SCAM. Ordered a dress in January which arrived too big and the quality was definitely not 80$ worth. When I tried to return the dress they refused and offered me a pitiful 30% refund, which I denied. They countered at 70% but I have still not received my money back. All my emails are being ignored. They have even changed their Instagram name to Almond Muse, where they are also ignoring my queries. Total violation of Consumer Protection laws!
Please do not order or buy from this website I been ordering 2 dresses first i ask for refund money and i order again after i thought i will get refund money until i get my dress am so disappointed the dress was not good quality like in reviews a quality like SheinAnd i get my dressen and still don’t get my refund money untilI try to send email they so many times every day no response no reply or anything from themBut before i refund money and order another dresser they always reply after that in a few minutes Now i think they are scam they have no response me And dresser was so disappointed
5 star reviews are absolutely untrue! I recently ordered one dress with them, and was told it was coming from Italy or the US. Instead it came from China, and was poor quality. After reaching out to the customer service team, they offered me 75% refund, but I still didn’t get my money back. I would recommend that anyone thinking of buying from this brand DON'T!
