Item I ordered was sold out and on back order. Absolutely no one had the product so it definitely wasn't their fault. They emailed me frequently to let me know the status and offered to refund my money. Since the customer service was good i stayed with my order an they shipped it out as soon as they got it. Customer service goes a long way in my book!!
Been a Bodybuilding.com customer for a long time. I was looing for two products that have been on backorder on the website for months. I searched around and found that not only All Star Health had them in stock but the pricing was great. I placed an order today and in less than 2 hours it shipped. That rally impressed me. I also checked out the variety of Glutamine, Creatine and BCAA's offered and the pricing is very competitive! Protein Bars like Quest and Nut Butters are cheaper than most places. I will be back to purchase
I received wonderful, efficient customer service through email after my package did not arrive. The reps I worked with handled the lost package claim (without me having to get involved at all) and after it was determined that the items were officially lost, a replacement order was reissued and delivered immediately. If you have any questions and need to contact this company, you will reach a real human and receive quick replies. They even gave a follow up phone call post delivery to ensure everything was OK. Great service for an e-commerce shop! Highly recommended.
It took them 2 months to refund my money because my order was lost. Every time I called about it, they said the money would not be returned until they get the items back, which was the carrier's fault because I never got the shipment.
I've been ordering from Allstarhealth for several years and I am completely satisfied with products and service. Sometimes a product that I've been ordering has been discontinued, and that's disappointing, but I can usually find a replacement. I really appreciate this company!
I purchased Renew Life SKINNY GUT, ULTIMATE SHAKE, the container mentions 20 grams of PROTEIN, 10 FIBER, 10 BILLION Probiotic, USDA ORGANIC etc... so I purchased it, then when I get it home on the seal to open it it talks about Prop 65 WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. I did not know about that warning and when I called concerned about the warning, concerned about what drinking this could do to me,I was scared, I never asked for a refund I was just trying to comprehend why such a warning is on a shake, I was told that I could not return the product because I brought it knowing it was going to expire, I said yes but I did not know or was it noted that I was buying, purchasing a product that had a warning that could cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. I was purchasing the shake reading that it had all these great vitamins, USDA ORGANIC, etc.. Since the product was on sale, I did not pay a lot for it, but that is not my concern, my concern after looking at this container on my table is to let other consumers that I called this company twice and twice got the same response that it was okay to consume even though the product has a label with the warning to Prop 65. I do not live in California and it is wrong that they think anyone else not living in California will feel comfortable drinking, consuming anything with such a warning.
They are selling products for 50% off, because the product has expired. I bought some Graviola, that was 50%, that I needed for medical reasons, because the local store ran out and when I got it in the mail, and tasted it, it was bad. The date stamp of expiration was hard to read, and looked fake, it was on the side of the bottle, not under the bottle like I have purchased in a store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
