Review Time
They stole my money!On Nov/1/2017 i tried to place an order for the first time from allstarhealth. I had written an email to them before explaining i live outside the U.S and if its ok to use a credit card that don't have an American billing address, and they said that they are allowed.However when i made the order, i was sent an email informing me that they charged my card with a small amount and if i can provide the number they will ship the order.I replied and said its not possible, "i usually buy from muscleandstrength" with no problems. I thought if no verification was made they would just cancel the order after 24-48 hours.But after a week when i visited the bank, i discovered they charged me with the entire order 45$ and didnt ship anything to me! I can't beleieve the United States have fishing sites disguised business sites! they stole my money clean.
I have been buying from AllstarHealth since 2009 and They have never let me down. The pricing is usually the best, equal to Costco and better than Amazon. I spend way to much time comparing. I live in Florida and delivery is very quick and if I forget to order something and remember later in the day, customer service is very helpful. I recommend to family and friends.
Placed an order on 9/5/17 which shipped on 9/7/17 using a company called OnTrac (Also being reviewed). Order sat in a warehouse for 7 days because apparently OnTrac didn't have anyone to deliver my package. WTH??? You're a shipping company !!! Asked All Star to retrieve the package because it had food items and I no longer wanted them after sitting in a warehouse for 7 days and only God knows how much longer. They said they'd get the package back and send me replacements using a more reputable company. Now they are out of stock. Worst customer service ever !!!Probably won't be ordering from All Star in the future, but thanks for the reply. I ordered my items from AbbotStore.com and received upgraded shipping using Fedex so my package should be here Monday. The items I ordered are unfortunately only sold by Abbot and All Star so I didn't really have a whole lot to choose from. I apparently made the wrong choice initially so I won't be making that mistake again.
Unbelievable bad product I have ordered off and on from this company and have never really had anything really bad. Vitamins with a boken seal received once. However this time I ordered some face cream (they have the lowest price)and I order four at a time. I opened one up and found the seal had be crushed into the product and the product was dark like it had been exposed to air for a while. I took a picture and sent it to them. They apologized and sent another. I opened it and it was even worse-no seal with a dark yellow crust. I emailed them another photo and couldn't believe that someone didn't check to see that it was good. They sent me a third jar which was even worse. Obviously someone had stuck their finger in it and the seal was completely gone. I sent them a third photo and asked for my money back. I will never shop with them again.I rarely write bad reviews but I was so shocked at the horrible treatment and incompetence that I felt compelled to write. I was a long term customer who will never go back and I will make sure others are forewarned.
I have used all star health many times in the past. I placed an order on 30th January and did not receive my order. I have tried to resolve this issue via customer service and basically told I have no right to a refund or replacement and to take the matter up with UK customs. I have just lodged a complaint via PayPal.
