I am being charged £12 to pay for the international customs fee beyond paying the DHL postage. I ordered an item a few months back and didn't have this issue. Totally appalled that this has happened - can this pease be explained/refunded? Thanks,Roshni
I placed an order on July 19th, and almost 2 months later I still haven't received anything, ultimately leading me to cancel the order!In all this time I didn't hear anything from them, and it was only because I addressed them myself I found out there was an issue with my order!
I have been very happy with this company- no complaints. I just make sure I check out ingredients in any product I consider, as with every other supplement company. But so far it’s one of the few companies I have had no problems with wrong items sent, or delivery, or outright deception!
I ordered from Allstarhealth for the first time this past spring, in March (order 1573324040). Unfortunately, the pandemic has influenced postal services across the globe, as we all know. Customer service in April and May was responsive to all requests about tracking the package through DHL, but it never made it to my mailbox on the other side of the pond. The total was under $12; I knew the pandemic was causing bigger problems than this, and I just let it go.This week (late August) I received an email: "Your order was returned to us by DHL. A refund has been applied to your credit card. We apologize that this order did not make it to you."Just like that, on their own. Why do I call it "honest" when it's actually just normal? Because I placed a different order around the same time with Biovea; that experience has been the opposite (no answers from customer service, package delayed and returned to sender as well, but no word about refunding). Who do you think has secured my customer loyalty?... Well done, Allstarhealth.
AllStar is my on line go to place for my vitamins. Great price and service. Just wish that they would not combine shipping with the US Post office. Placed my order on the morning of Aug 21st and it shipped that day thru UPS. Made it overnight 15 miles from my address. Took the post office 4 days to get it the last 15 miles. It still arrived within AllStar's 5 day delivery promise...just annoyed w/the incompetence of the postal service. Allstar is still 5 star!
I have ordered Syntrax whey protein for my husband who had gastric bypass as this is a super product, great price too. It got stopped at UK Customs. I was worried that I lost all my money, not just the product. Customer Service at Allstarhealth assisted me all the way in returning the product to them and I got my refund. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great products and efficient customer service support,
I ordered from Allstarhealth because I thought it was cheaper than iherb and luckyvitamins but didn't realize until my credit card was charged that there's a bug on their website which doesn't display currency properly. It showed the CAD currency symbol when looking at supplements despite saying USD in the top right corner, but at some point it was converting back and forth from USD to CAD without me realizing it which made me think I was getting a great deal when the truth is that after delivery it's basically the same price as iherb
I ordered from the UK and was delighted by how quickly my order arrived with such low postage costs. Also the tracking information and order status information was very good and helpful to me and I would feel fully confident in ordering from this retailer again.
