Make sure you do your homework, check sizes and product before buying. I admit it was my fault I looked at the package assuming it was the same size and it was much smaller for the same product at a much higher price. Misleading but again my fault. I won't be buying from them again.
Really pleased and surprised by the speed which AllStarHealth managed, even in the midst of the coronavirus slowdowns! Product arrived in very timely fashion, in very good condition, and at a wonderful price. Am extremely happy with AllStarHealth, and will be ordering more as soon as SO gets close to using the last of this order!
I have ordered from All Star on several occasions. Their service was exceptional, shipped the same day. Also, they had the best price that I could find on the internet. In stock, fast shipping and good prices. I give them 5 stars. Oh, one last thing, their communication is tops as well. Immediate confirmation and tracking. I'm happy and will be reordering again.
I was initially skeptical because I had never heard of them. However after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, and was not disappointed! Item was shipped the next day and received it within days.The only criticism I have is in follow up emails. The first time I made the purchase my card declined but I had no clue for 3 days. Only then I received an email stating that my card had declined. Also the email started with "thank you for your purchase" which seemed a normal confirmation email. I would normally skip reading the whole email, but I luckily saw the "however" in the paragraph and then read that the order didn't go through. I then called and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human promptly even with the covid19 going on right now.So if you aren't sure, rest assured this company is solid and you should buy from them. They would get a 5 star if the email notifications were prompt and more clear.Will do business again.Thanks
Great selection of supplements that are very hard to get here in the UK at a great price and arrived quick without any faults. Dont know why so many negative reviews from the UK.If you are ordering in the UK you must expect some vat charges if you buy a big order. You can use google to get a Import duty calculator so you know what to expect.Only bought a small order so i didnt get charged with any import VAT5 Stars
3/22/2020 I placed and payed an order. I never received this order. Even didn't receive any message from All Star Health. 4/27/2020 I reclaimed.4/28/2020 All Star answered: "Your order was marked as undeliverable and refused by customs. The package will be returned to us and we will issue a refund for the products after they have been received by our warehouse. Email confirmation will be provided at that time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and contact us if you require further assistance".5/6/2020 I reclaimed again.5/6/2020 "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this order has not yet been received back by our warehouse. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify you via email as soon as the package has been returned and the refund processed. Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime."5/17/2020 Still no money back, no package received, no message from All Star....Bad, bad, bad....! No Star Health.
I've been buying Carlson fish oil from Allstarhealth for 10+ years. I just was ordering another 3 bottles and my order was .03 short of the $99 for free shipping. I asked if I could pay an additional .03 or if you could waive the charge on my order. I was told the same story from two different CS reps that I must buy an additional $5 worth of something I don't need.Dan May
My experience with this company was wonderful. I found one supplement that was ran out in my favorite websites, do I decided google it and was when I found all star health.com, never heard about it before, I decided to do the shop and I received my item very fast, even in this shipping chaos with covid, the product was in perfect condition and the expire date was for The middle of next year.
