Review Time
Very underwhelming. Got it as part of a corporate perk, not sure it's worth even the extra taxes I have to pay for it!Took ages to try and register all the accounts (not sure I managed to do that after eight months), and then you have to wade through your entire internet history to understand what's important. It sends me lots of cryptic texts, and then when you log in, it takes forever to figure out what's different. Once I freaked out that my banking details have changed, but after logging into my account, couldn't see a single change (nor did I get an alert from the bank as would have normally happened).Terrible UX, so ultimately I ended up ignoring everything. Fingers crossed nothing happened in the meantime!
Kelli Starks was an absolutely amazing restoration specialist and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was very responsive, did a great job on calls, and most importantly made this awful experience a pleasant one. She was great and I would recommend her to anyone who has their identity stolen and needs someone to help restore their credit. Kelli was AMAZING
Had a recent problem with someone trying to open a bank account with my information. I contacted Allstate Identity. They assigned an investigator who walked me through the steps to stop things from going forward. The investigator was there every step of the way to resolution. Couldn't be happier with the support provided. Highly recommend.
They were so helpful and compassionate during a very frustrating time. They helped me make 3-way calls to cancel fraudulent cards and it meant a lot to have them with me. They gave me a list of things to do to protect myself as well as follow up to assure I am ok. I’m very grateful to Allstate! The scammers didn’t get a thing from me.
