Nero Video has not allowed saving presentations to MP4 for years, requiring some sort of license instead. This limitation is frustrating, as neither video nor slideshow functionality works well. I'm truly disappointed. Ultimately, this program feels nearly useless, as it doesn't even allow burning a single file to a CD.
I paid my annual subscription on 19th September but am now locked out of my programs. It says I'm using a trial version that has expired, even though I have a full annual subscription. I can't log into the service due to a connection error. I've tried disabling my virus checker and firewall, but I still can't access it. What's happening?

I want to point out that the only remote support invitation I received was through a review platform on 8th December 2025, and I confirm that I did not receive any other communication from the company. The only email I got was from the representative who has been handling my case since I first reported it in September 2025. This message was brief and did not address my concerns adequately. I will copy this response and send it through the email provided in your review responses. I have consistently used the email address you supply since this matter began. I will request another remote session via email. Best regards. (7th December 2025) Since my last review, I received a quick response from the company, which is a positive sign, but I shouldn't have to write a review to get such feedback. I had a remote session with their technical team, which was helpful, but due to time zone differences, I had to wake up early, and the session lasted nearly three hours. Unfortunately, the issues remain unresolved. I had trouble opening old files, and the team had to search my new laptop to locate them. We spent the majority of that time trying to figure out why I couldn't export my movie as the software kept crashing. I've requested another remote session to assist me in finding my old files again, but I am very disappointed and frustrated that I feel ignored. I submitted multiple requests for remote service and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication is quite upsetting, and it feels like I'm constantly chasing them for help.
I used earlier versions of the software on my old laptop without issues. Now, with a new laptop running Windows 11 and the downloaded version, I can't open my older files. I've reached out to customer service since 7th September 2025, but their responses are slow and unhelpful. For a tech company, they seem to lack proper solutions. I'm still waiting for assistance regarding my issue since my last email on 11th October 2025. While the software is decent and user-friendly, the poor customer service is frustrating.
