Review Time
My order got here. But I got the wrong product and absolute horrible customer service. Communication with customer service is abhorent at best and when I did get an email back they would not answer anything. I don't even want to return the wrong order becausr I don't want to deal their terrible service anymore!
Updating from my last review So I finally received something from this company.It wasn't what I ordered, of course it wasn't. If I could attach photos here I would so people could see the description and pictures of what I ordered Vs the absolute piece of rubbish I received. £32 on something I could of gotten from temu for £5...don't worry I checked and this is true 👍Do yourself a favour and never order from this company. You don't get what you pay for and the customer service is atrocious.
I'm still waiting for my order, it may say it was delivered but it definitely wasn't as well I got sent the wrong sizes per the explanation it gave me to the size differences. I have been trying to go over with you guys regarding when I'll be getting the rest of my order and how I can send back what was sent incorrectly. I may have been emailed stating that this issue will be taken care of personally, there still has been a major short of information on if ill be getting my full order fixed, sent and how long that would take. I dont appreciate when I spend quite an extensive amount on something to one not receive everything and two for them to be the wrong size from what explanations I have got from.I have sent the email, and will be waiting for the tracking number, i do appreciate the reply to my review, however, for the time being the review won't change until everything has been actually taken care of. Thank you and ill be waiting for my items in the proper sizes.
I ordered a gift for my nephew mid July was suppose to come beginning of August. The package was suppose to be delivered and stated it was delivered when I was home at 2am, not a peep from my dogs. I messaged Alphaweebs immediately and didnt get a response back until end of Sept. Stating that it was a mess up on their site that they never had the item would I like to order something else and when I stated I wanted a refund this is all via chat bots no response again.
I give 00000. Took my money and didn't send the item I purchased. Then to make it seem like you sent it, it went to Colorado when I am in Las Vegas, NV. When asked to refund me due to this you ignored my request. Now 3 months too late you claim that you couldn't find my order number so this is why you are 3 months behind in even acknowledging me. I want my money back.
