Poor Communication with Medical Staff

I never had a discussion with a doctor. After joining, I specified in my application that I was taking a certain dose of medication, but that detail was ignored. Instead, I received the lowest dose, which is ineffective. It feels like a waste of money. Since I didn’t get the service I paid for and my notes were disregarded, I will need to initiate a chargeback.

Avoid This Service

Avoid this service. After spending a lot two years ago, I’ve noticed that it stopped connecting recently, preventing me from accessing live streaming. I suspect the company is transitioning to a monthly subscription model, making devices useless unless you subscribe. Extremely frustrated.

Frustrating Experience

If you're looking for something reliable, this isn't it. I have two models at different locations and must log in with different usernames on a very slow app. Activating and deactivating the alarm is frustratingly slow, and if the siren accidentally goes off, it takes ages to connect and disable it. The device struggles to communicate with the app while recording, despite a strong Wi-Fi connection. Often, I have to deal with the loud alarm sound until a connection is finally established. The HD device also has significant static noise during remote video playback, and the door sensor often fails to send status updates despite being only 10 meters away. Contacting the company didn’t resolve these issues. Great idea, but a disappointing experience.

Thrilled to Discover This Service

I wanted a home camera without a monthly fee, just to monitor things. I was pleasantly surprised to find it has two-way voice chat, allowing me to see and talk to my kids while I’m at work. The mobile app is clean and easy to use, with the ability to slightly adjust the camera. A major plus is that it integrates home automation, letting me control lighting and electricity through the camera's software. I can automate tasks while I'm home and even set it to turn on lights when it detects me.
