I cannot recommend this platform. I subscribed last month, but canceled shortly after. This month, they charged my account again, and no one is responding to my inquiries. It's not a serious platform if they continue to take payments despite a cancellation.

The support team continually states that the issues are being escalated, yet nothing changes. The growing number of problems is detrimental to both service quality and my business's finances. There's a lack of accountability and clear communication, only vague promises. Using this platform feels risky, especially for businesses with multiple team members. Overall, there’s no client focus or genuine support—just payment collection and empty assurances. I do not recommend this platform.

A truly disappointing experience with this company. After signing up, I was pressured to pay extra or commit to a longer membership due to the nature of my work. Over the next week and a half, I struggled with their system, interacting with multiple support representatives, and found it to be quite unuser-friendly. Most issues require internal fixes; clients cannot resolve them independently. Eventually, I requested a refund, which they denied, citing a no-refund policy. In the end: wasted time, no access to a functional service, lost money on fees, and the manager refused to provide contact details for feedback. An extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I purchased two appointment slots from them. From the start, there were issues syncing with the calendar. After hours of troubleshooting, their support finally admitted it was a bug on their end. The online booking button does not integrate properly. Their database has bugs, requiring manual appointment entries for existing clients. Instead of resolving the issues, their support team focused on convincing me to stay with the platform. I do not recommend this service at all!
