We purchased an oven from a seller we weren't familiar with, living on the west coast, but the positive reviews encouraged us to try them out. The price was significantly better than what I found at local big box stores. Although delivery took a bit longer than expected, we understood it might happen during the holiday season. There was an issue with the bottom trim piece being the wrong size, but the support team quickly sent the correct one. Exceptional customer service! Overall, a very positive experience.
I highly recommend this seller! I had ordered a couple of mini bar fridges from another appliance store, but after receiving unclear information about stock and delivery times, I began to search elsewhere. I was fortunate that a representative answered my call when I contacted the service. They were knowledgeable, honest, and helped me choose the right appliance for my needs without pushing the most expensive option. While product knowledge is important, nothing compares to excellent customer interaction. The representative was incredibly kind from the start and a pleasure to talk to. Reach out and ask for assistance, you won’t be disappointed!
I ordered a new washer dryer and, as always, received excellent service and a great deal from the representative, so I highly recommend him. However, this time the delivery by the third-party provider was a disaster. They didn't arrive as scheduled, then showed up two days later and refused to install it without a stacking kit, even though we never had one with the old washer dryer. We are still without a functioning setup and are significantly delayed.
Awful! Purchased a 6K range with PRO install. Range was delivered and delivery personnel had no idea about the install. After trying to call customer support (no answer in business hours) and the delivery people calling the manger ... they changed their position and offered install. However ... they were not "Licensed" to install gas appliances. What a risk??!? I finally contacted customer services who was RUDE and hateful and offered to remove $400 install fee for me to keep the range. WHAT? NO way. Finally customer service HUNG up after yelling "I am coordinating with the delivery company and I Will call you back" CLICK (Hung up). A bit later they packed up the range on the truck and drove off. NO communication since. Nothing ... crickets. I have no idea what the state of the order is currently. I have disputed the charge with the bank.
There was a problem with the dryer I ordered at a Plessers's salesperson's suggestion-- it turned out to need a 220 v. Plesser's agreed to take it back and credit my payment toward the dryer I could use. The deliveries and the pickup was prompt within the time slot I was given.
We were fortunate and worked with Plessers for all appliances for a new home. They were excellent in guiding us on what would be best for our preferences, price range, etc. Rob was great to work with. Appliances were delivered with care. Great team, efficient. All around have been quite pleased with the selection and service from buying to install.
The two installers arrive on time. Harold and Chris were both pleasant and professional. Removing the prior fridge was not trivial due to surrounding cabinetry, but they dealt with that methodically and carefully and solved the problem. Because of the cabinet the installation of the SubZero also had issues, belt again they were solved beautifully.
