Superb Hands On Key Account Manager

Amy Hammond is our Key Account Manager, she is always on hand, is pro-active, approachable, personable and a real pleasure to deal with. Clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable with a 'Can-do' attitude who is always on hand to help. Another great thing is that Amy makes herself available when needed. Amy has been instrumental in helping us improve our business by liaising with other departments to help us utilise Alto better and more efficiently.

Ben was quick to set up access to Alto so that we could test it for a week to see if it was suitable for our business. He has kept in touch during the trial and is quick to deal with any questions we have had.

Nasreen was very helpful. We missed our first appointment and Nasreen called back straightaway to reschedule another one and despite having some technical difficulty from ourside the Alto team was very patient and answered all of our questions.

Avoid

poor quality reporting function, out of date and clunky operating. Very expensive, and a nightmare to communicate with. There are much better options which are much cheaper. Hugely disappointing
