We recieved our dedicated account manager, Charly Kemp, who's efficiency and commitment to our relationship has been invaluable. Extremely happy with both software & Charly. Highly recommend!

Amazing depth of knowledge from Chris!

Chris O'Mahony from Alto came to the office to go through some new features on Alto. His expertise and depth of knowledge is staggering and he always delivers training/information sessions in a very positive and easy to understand way. Best account manager we've had by far!

Excellent Service & Expertise

I’ve been really impressed with Alto and the support I’ve received since coming on board – particularly from our account manager, Chris O'Mahony.Every query I’ve raised has been responded to promptly, and a solution has always been found and fixed without any issues. Not only that, but I always come away from a call having learnt something new. Briliant Software and Fantastic Account Manager

We have had a fantastic experience using Alto and have found it very user friendly which works well for everyone in our company. We have especially been impressed with our account manager Chris O'Mahony who has been there whenever we have needed his help and his knowledge of the software has been invaluable at times. He is hands down the best account manager we have worked with.We look forward to working with Chris more in the future!

Accounts function I find too complex

I like it but I really struggle with the accounts side and it doesnt handle guarantor agreements very well, unless someone can shed any light on how they use it

PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE AVOID! I was tied in to a 12 month contract as a new business. I asked to cancel with over a one month notice and was told that this couldn’t be done and instead they automatically renewed for a further 12 months! Their reasons were, that I was supposed to give a 3 month notice that was hidden in their terms and conditions which no one in their team told me about.
