I ordered a phone from this seller on 21/11, but it was never delivered. They are now refusing to send a replacement or refund! They keep saying to wait for a response from the courier, which was supposed to be within 48 hours, but it has been over two weeks. I strongly advise against this seller who will not refund or replace undelivered items. Please consider spending your money elsewhere where customer care is prioritized.
