Appalling service and cocky also a sarcastic email from the so called support team, i do think its very upsetting that you can not see the stress your causing the agents. All we are trying to do is our job. if accounts are wrong for a landlord,this causes no end of problems we logged this problem 28th July, but after the ticket was closed, further issues with the clients card came up, and invoices wrong so by the 6th it was finally sorted. just takes too long, you need one to one training not back offer access to systems which i can not see what your doing ..i was asked to change my feedback by Alto as they did not like my honest review
