Review Time
Having recently rebranded my company , the thought of transfering the data from one CRM to another filled me with dread. Dealing with Amy was a big help and grateful she was helping with the process. great customer support, highly recommend.
STAY AWAY!similar experience to most recent review. The demo was good. The actual product was terribleRaised prices months into a 2 year contract after the salesmen states that it is a fixed cost for the contract period. absolute shambolic company with no customer service.
So like someone else mentioned on here, the demo is brilliant. It does everything you want, so quick and very simple to use (apparently). After discussing with the "salesman" we agreed on a reasonable price but I asked if that would be fixed for two years as we do not want an increase on our agreement. We were advised it would remain the same. The contract started in July 2024, to be honest, we haven't used it that much as we are a new business, but the system is anything but easy. I have to go to multiple places to get something done. This is why they no doubt cross-sell the training to make more money out of their clients. That's not the issue, the issue is an increase in the system which increased our prices even though we were advised this would not happen. I asked for the contract to be cancelled due to breaking terms, I then had to follow up on 4 seperate occasions, even when I asked for a complaint to be raised. Since then someone has finally come back to me but we have not got anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM. Plenty of other good CRM's that do the same, simple design, and saves you time. Extremely dissapointed.
As a new starter who had never used Alto before, Amy Hammond was absolutely amazing when giving me some one to one training on how to best use the Alto system for my role. I would not use anyone else for my training needs in the future , she was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable
The set up experience was fantastic. Really lovely lady. However that's where it ends. You have to have training to use their site, everything is available on videos etc which is good for a busy Company Director, but they still want you to have training. Which let's face it means it goes in one ear and out the other. Then if you have a technical query, no one and I mean no one gets back to you. You call multiple times, technical is not available. They say someone will call you back. To this day I've never had a single person call me back. I guess the reason why they insist on training is after that training. You're on your own.
