Having migrated from CFP a clunky old system we could not be happier with Alto as our CRM for our Lettings Agency and Ben Mcleod has been incredibly efficient, helpful and attentive to any queries or assistance as our account manager. Would highly recommend Alto to any Lettings Agency as a comprehensive, user-friendly system which also has some great integrations making those supplementary processes joined-up.
Used Alto since i started my lettings agency in 2023 and had no issues until recently, They have taken away the direct email services for help and instead opted for online forms which you fill in and await a reply. After 5 days still no reply with any guidance for help on an account query. As a business you cannot wait this length of time for help as there are no other ways to contact them now other than the online submission. I will be looking for another software provider if the service doesnt go back to how it was before
Awful customer support, and I mean really really bad. Easier to just find any other Estate Agent Software that cares about their supportALto / Vebra used to be good support when you could speak to someone. Now it's getting worse and worse. An insult to the monthluy license fee.1) Telephone calls never answered (held for an hour) 2) Emails not answered (we’ve switched to a new online form-based system) Laughable how they say 'This change makes it quicker and easier for you to get the help you need.' NO IT DOESN'T . It makes it much more complicated. Your forms need way too long to fill out and way too complicated.
