Exceeded my Expectations!On my first consultation, I can only describe my situation as desperate! I had an acute reaction to my left breast implant and it needed to be removed as soon as possible, easier said than done in COVID 19 times. I had been recommend by Professor Mahajan and immediately made an appointment with him.From the onset, I found his manor so gentle and reassuring. He was meticulous in every area of his consultation, carefully and informatively explaining options and possible results. I had my surgery on 14/04/21 which has far exceeded my expectations! Professor Mahajan was extremely attentive throughout this whole experience. He consulted with me immediately before and after my operation and was again there to see me at 8am the following morning. I can only describe the results so far as a miracle, I am so happy, I would not hesitate to recommend professor Mahajan to anybody considering surgery.
Having agonised for sometime about having upper eyelid surgery I had a consultation with Professor Mahajan, He assured me the effect I wanted was achievable. He gave me a date for the surgery quickly, which was performed using local anaesthetic at Evolve Medical Clinic. The procedure took less than an hour and everything was carried out professionally before, during, and after the surgery. The nurses Cathy & Mae were delightful & reassuring.Post-surgery, I experienced minimal pain & stopped taking painkillers after 24 hours.It is now 12 days since my procedure, I have no bruising & only a slight swelling of the eyelids.I am so glad that I trusted him to do the surgery as I now have the look I wanted.
Excellent service from start to finish, from explaining the procedure to the after care. The Clinic i attended was also excellent. I cannot thank Prof Mahajan enough, he is very patient man, as I sent many emails backword and forwards, , asking a lot of questions (of which Prof Mahajan answered himself) just trust your surgeon, which I did and I am more than happy with my results, better than what I expected, Just wish i did this years ago!
Always disliked the birthmark/mole in between my eyes on the bridge of my nose. Looked into getting it removed when I was much younger but was advised against it due to the large scars it would leave behind and my age. Thought I would try again at age 23 to get another opinion and had a consultation with Dr Mahajan. Dr Mahajan was professional and very knowledgeable. Filled me with confidence from the consultation that something could be done and was realistic about what I could expect the end result to be. After the anaesthetic the procedure was painless and over quickly. Both Dr Mahajan and the Nurse Cathy made me feel at ease during the procedure and gave great aftercare advice. I was amazed at the results when I removed my plasters after only two week. Couldn't be happier with the results so far, it's such an improvement! I would highly recommend Dr Mahajan to anyone!
Professor mahajan was so understanding and was happy to explain things to me more than once when I kept asking him the same questions out of nerves! I had a local anaesthetic and throughout my procedure he was chatty and making me laugh, if anyone is thinking about booking with dr mahajan don’t hesitate!
I have had a bilateral upper blepharoplasty procedure performed by Prof Ajay MahajanThe whole process from start to finish was thorough, uncomplicated, informative and most importantly created the required results!The initial consultation was honest and carefully considered my expectations against the results that could be achieved, additionally and most importantly, risk factors and possible after effects were covered in great detail.My appointments for pre-op and the procedure itself were friendly, professional and once again informative, the support staff were also excellent in knowledge and reassurance.The procedure itself was straight forward with fairly minimal discomfort lasting approximately one hour, I was able to relax to some degree which I believe helped me recover quickly immediately after surgery. I continued to recover steadily and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I became pain free.It has now been three weeks since the procedure, after some bruising and swelling in the first two weeks, things have settled down, I look like me again but with eyelids (!) with some slight occasional swelling which should disappear completely in due course.I would definitely recommend Prof Mahajan and would certainly consult with him again if I required any other procedures.

Eyelid surgeryI had upper eyelid surgery 12 days ago, performed by Professor Ajay Mahajan. This was to remove excess "hooded" skin.The procedure, although at times uncomfortable, was better than I expected and was completed within an hour.The results have been amazing, its like a veil has been lifted - life is much brighter and I can see more. I wanted natural looking full breasts, back up where they belong and that is exactly what I have got. With very minimal scarring , I feel amazing and couldn’t be happier.
