I underwent a mini/midi face lift with Professor Mahajan in Dec 2022. I had just turned 49 years old and had tried botox, fillers and other treatments but was still unhappy with my loose skin especially around the lower half of my face/sagging jowls. The volume had dropped which is expected with the onset of age and gravity so I was recommended to see the Professor and after a little research online I went ahead and booked a consultation.I had an initial consultation where Professor Mahajan clearly went through what could be achieved and before & after examples of previous procedures and decided to go ahead. The price was also extremely competitive for a Professor of this calibre and experience. A few weeks later I was booked in and the operation could not have gone more smoothly. Two to three hours after arriving I felt like a new person! My sagging ‘hang dog’ jowls were gone and a more youthful, but still natural version of me emerged. The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful. The worst part was the injections at the start but this only takes a minute or so. The Professor is informative and talking throughout to you and the nurses, it’s amazing what can be done with local anaesthetic and the fact there’s no overnight stay is such a bonus! The aftercare was excellent, I had a follow up to check the wounds were healing after a week and then another one with the Professor three months later where I was signed off.Six months later and I couldn't be happier with the results, people say how well I look without actually knowing why. My make up goes on easier and more smoothly as many of the fine lines have been tightened with this procedure and I feel my confidence has been restored. Another benefit I didn’t fully anticipate was my cheekbones were lifted too, as this procedure almost ‘puts back’ what gravity has pulled down. I didn’t realise there would be so much of a change there so that was an added bonus for me.If you are in any doubt about this procedure I hope this review helps you make a decision and I fully recommend Professor Mahajan.
I travelled from Manchester to see Dr Mahajan. Contextually, I am 31 and lost a considerable amount of weight in my early 20s and since then had thought about the shape/droop of my breasts numerous times a day. I saved up for a number of years to have this surgery to allow some respite from these constant self-conscious feelings. I had time to do my research and I found Dr Mahajan to have excellent credentials and great reviews from his clients - as well as being a few thousand pounds cheaper than some surgeons with the same experience in Manchester. From my first consultation, he put my mind at ease, he asked what I wanted from my surgery and was very honest with what I could expect from my results. He manages to have a great sense of humour whilst also being very professional. He fit me in on a cancellation spot and the whole process on the day of my surgery was stress free (almost enjoyable!) He brought beautiful complimentary soaps etc and I felt incredibly well looked after. My surgery went well and despite an uncomfortable few weeks due to swelling etc. I could see immediately that I was going to be happy with the results. I felt like a completely new woman. Now, 7 months later, I am incredibly happy with the final results, I have just come back from holiday and have enjoyed wearing any bikini I choose and never having to think about what I wear because of my breasts.I have recommended Dr Mahajan to other who have considered the same or similar surgery. I would not hesitate to get in touch with Dr Mahajan again. I highly recommend Prof Ajay L Mahajan. He is highly skilled, experienced, caring and very knowledgeable. I had a breast reduction and my experience was amazing. I now feel so much more confident and happy. I remember feeling very nervous on my first consultation however Prof Ajay has a great professional yet humble side to him that made me feel comfortable and sure about my decision. I can’t thank him enough. The results have been quite remarkable. I went from size G to D and I feel completely overjoyed. I so love my new breasts. Thank you prof and thanks to the whole team of nurses who compassionately looked after me whilst on the ward. I had breast mastopexy in March 2022 and the only thing I regret is not discovering Professor Mahajan sooner.I was always worried about not liking the results and conscious about how bad the scars would look. I am three months post surgery and I couldn't be any happier with my new breasts. I wear clothes that I wouldn't have even dreamed of before and the scars have faded so much in the three months that any scar outweights the unhappiness of having saggy boobs. I'm so thankful for professor Mahajan and how he has transformed my life. I asked about a thousand questions in my consultation which he was more than happy to answer and put me at ease. I couldn't recommend him enough, his before and after pictures speak volumes.
I had a great experience with Mr Mahajan He is very professional and personable, easy to talk to about my concerns I had in regards to my rhinoplasty. I was a little nervous about having rhinoplasty but I am glad I had it done and Chose Mr Mahajan as he made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I am very happy with my results and appreciate all the follow ups with Mr Mahajan to check on me after my procedure.
I had Breast Implant Revision" procedure at the Yorkshire Clinic performed by Prof Mahajan,My surgery was I February following a good and in depth consultation, where I was given lots of opportunity to discuss what I wanted and how the procedure would be performed.My surgery went well and all the staff were friendly, helpful and on hand to help me throughout.Following the surgery I stayed overnight at the hospital, I recommend this option as I felt at ease knowing the staff were on hand should I have needed them, on return home I was given aftercare and medicine to help my first week at home.I only used the pain medicine for 2 days as I actually felt I didn’t need it, obviously things were sore and tender but genuinely not painful.I have now had 3 follow up appointments with Prof Mahajan and each one has been great and given me good advice and care, I am now 3 months post surgery and I am so happy with my results, I am using a good quality moisturiser on my scars and to be honest they are barely visible, my shape is exactly what I hoped for and to his credit exactly what Prof Mahajan said they would be, obviously a revision procedure has it’s limits to achieving your expectations but these were all discussed with me at length before, during and after my procedure, I am so happy and feel I made the right decision with help to have the best possible options for my procedure and my results mirror my expectations to the letter. I would definitely recommend Prof Mahajan and the Yorkshire Clinic for anyone looking to undertake breast surgery.
I had been getting fillers in my lips but was wanting a more dramatic lift in my top lip, and was told I would only get this with a lip lift. I started to research this but found it hard to find clinics doing this in the UK, and especially outside London. After some careful searching I found the details of Prof Mahajan, working out of Evolve in Leeds. I was a bit dubious as it was not somewhere I had heard of but did further research (read the CQC report, looked up Prof etc!) and decided to go for a consultation. The clinic is lovely and the staff go out of their way to put you at ease. Prof spent time explaining the procedure and then measured up as to how much he would need to remove to give a natural lift (was around 5mm for me). He was carful to explain what the limitations could be and to be realistic. After the initial consultation I had time to think and then booked the procedure. On the day I was settled in the clinic room and given a local anesthetic (same injection types as at the dentist). The room was spotless and there were two nurses assisting Prof. I had said I didn’t want to see what was happening so my eyes were covered but I could hear Prof explaining what he was doing. I could not feel any pain, but at times did feel pressure and movement. I had been worried what the stiches would look like while they were healing but Prof did them so neatly and they were so well tucked into the crease of my nose I did not feel self conscious going out afterwards. They took around a week to heal (dissolving ones so did not need to have them removed) and the scare is so well tucked into my nose it is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. I have had two follow-up’s (in person) with Prof and everything has been fine and healed well. In short I would recommend Prof to anyone thinking of a lip lift. He is open about what he can achieve and so careful in his work, the result is subtle but beautiful and has made me very happy.

I was well supported throughout the entire process and received the highest standards of care. I am unbelievably pleased with the outcome of my surgery. My new boobs are excellent, I am so happy I went through the process, just wish I’d done it sooner!
