Had rhinoplasty with Mr Mahajan back in October and he has done an amazing job. Can't thank him enough for the amazing results he has achieved. He explained to me what he was going to do and the results I would expect and the outcome is amazing.
I recently had pinnaplasty done on my ears and I was very pleased with results. I’ve always been so self-conscious of my ears and I wish I had done this sooner! Prof Mahajan is very skilled in what we does. He reassured me that he had been doing this procedure for over 20 years, and was therefore very experienced. Luckily he is Yorkshire based so I didn’t very far to travel! The procedure was done under local anaesthetic and both the professor and the nurses made me feel very calm throughout. The aftercare was also very good. If I had any concerns the staff were very accommodating and I was able to see a nurse almost straightaway. I would highly recommend!
Up until April 2022, I felt I needed to investigate some form of cosmetic surgery. This was for me and only me, I did my research and Prof. Ajay Mahajan was top of this list. I didn’t want a full face lift, I just wanted to take away a few years. The ‘AM Lift’ was what I went for. I did a video chat with him, and I immediately knew I wanted him to do my surgery. He was very approachable and easy to to talk too. I was very apprehensive having it done under Local Anaesthetic but I shouldn’t have worried. Each step of the way was explained to me and I felt in very safe capable hands. After my mini surgery I sat up and held a mirror up to my face, I cried tears of joy. The results were beyond what I had expected to see. I was also back home within hours and I felt on top of the world.I could never put into words the thanks or gratitude for having this procedure done by Prof. Mahajan.
Breast uplift with implantsI decided to initially have breast implant surgery a lot of years ago in order to build confidence and to feel more in proportion. I saw the first consultant who informed me that I would most likely need uplift and implants, signposting me to Mr Mahajan.Well what can I say… the first appointment when he told me I could have a good size implant, informed me about all of the process and what to expect; I felt ecstatic and comfortable that Mr Mahajan was the right consultant for me!Due to covid the dates for surgery changed but Mr Mahajan emailed me throughout and kept me in the loop so I knew what was happening.The morning of the surgery, Mr Mahajan came down to see me and mark me up! He put my mind at ease and made me feel really relaxed. After the procedure I was seen 10 days after to look at my scars and 3 months after for discharge.From start to finish I could not be happier with the process! My results are amazing, I feel tonnes more confident and Mr Mahajan has been brilliant throughout. I would definitely recommend Mr Mahajan for anyone wanting to have uplift and implant surgery, cannot rate him enough.
I had chin liposuction done by Professor Ajay Mahajan in 2021 and was extremely pleased with the results. The sheer surgical skills have left me with a chin that I am proud of and considerable weight removed from my face, making me look years younger. My face lengthened with age and my excess weight left me with a heavy face and a heavy double chin. I approached Professor Mahajan for his advice, after reading very positive reviews of him and receiving a couple of personal endorsements, and felt that he was very honest in the consultation about what could be achieve. I felt in safe hands during my surgery a short while after, and was given good advice to aid my recovery. All in all, several months later, I’m delighted with the results. My jawline is sleeker now, my chin is symmetrical and there is very even contouring. My skin has retracted well and I couldn’t be happier. I would thoroughly recommend this surgeon to anyone for liposuction.As a final word, I want to add that I went into my consultation wanting a mini-facelift and was told that I did not need one and that chin liposuction would be more aesthetically beneficial. The former procedure was much costlier but the fact that Professor Mahajan put the needs of his patient before anything else is testament to his integrity. This has to be noted in an industry that has been known to exploit the vulnerabilities of cosmetic procedures.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my breast reduction performed by Mr Mahajan. The care I received was outstanding from the initial consultation to the ‘finished product’. Mr Mahajan explained everything to me, including any risks (none of which occurred I’m pleased to confirm). Everything went well and surprisingly, I wasn’t in as much pain as I expected. I took it steady for a couple of weeks, careful not to stretch and now four weeks on, I’m absolutely delighted with my breasts. They fit my frame (I’m 5 feet tall) - previously I wore a 34G bra and had a nightmare buying clothes. My boobs now look neater and my nipples don’t point downwards anymore! He’s a genius, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I had a tummy tuck with Prof Ajay L Mahajan.I am 3 weeks post surgery and I am absolutely thrilled to pieces with my results so far! I thought I would feel like I was literally dying the first week after my surgery, but to my surprise, the recovery has not been half as bad as I thought.I stopped taking painkillers after the first week as I didn't need them.The scar is so neat I don't even know how he has managed it!My belly button is the cutest thing I've ever seen and my stomach if smooth and flat like I've never seen before!The swelling has been minimal, I have been doing 2 mile walks a day since 2 weeks after surgery, I'm now upto 3 miles and back at work part time. I'm doing exactly as instructed, wearing by compression garment 24/7.I don't need the compression socks now because I am quite active. I would definitely recommend Prof Ajay Mahajan to anyone thinking about having cosmetic surgery, I think his hands are literally wands!I will be having a different surgical procedure next year and my partner will be having his first procedure and we will most definitely be going back to Prof Mahajan.He's very experienced, knowledgeable, and a bit joker on the quiet, and at the same time very professional. I’d had implants for several decades, however as the years rolled by, things had begun to go south – my nipples in particular - and my breast size looked increasingly less appropriate for my age.I wanted implant removal, but to be left with attractive but more a modest breast size, with nipples in the right place - now that I’m into my sixties.I knew that a friend had the same operation by Prof. Ajay L Mahajan. She showed me the result & had been very pleased.After that I had an initial consultation and Ajay was reassured that he could do the same for me. A date was set for the procedure.The COVID lockdowns and impact upon the Health Service ended up delaying that timing by more than I would have ideally liked, but that was unavoidable.The operation was carried out at the private Yorkshire Clinic. The staff, facilities and food were excellent. I was in overnight, which was a good thing as some swelling had occurred which needed a further operation the following day and another night’s stay. This was covered by the fixed price which I’d be quoted in advance.After the operations the swelling went down pretty quickly. 2 months on, I still get some itching around the scars, which you can hardly see now. But the end result is exactly what I wanted to achieve. My new smaller breasts look pert and nipples in the exact place I wanted them to be.I’d be very happy to recommend Ajay & reassure anyone else thinking of the same procedure to see him.
