I purchased two pairs of trainers from a well-known retailer, one in white and another in black and white. Unfortunately, they only provide credit-notes for returns, which can be frustrating if you have specific style preferences. Shortly after buying them, I noticed a crease forming at the top where the foot bends, which is a design flaw that should be avoided. A crease in that area can quickly become permanent, making new footwear look worn out. I contacted the brand's support team, who requested photos of the issue and digital receipts, which was inconvenient since one pair was bought in-store. After gathering all necessary documents and emailing them, their service department rejected my claim, citing it as normal wear and tear, despite my explanation that the photos were taken immediately after the first wear. This outcome didn't surprise me, as I previously applied for a position with the company and felt they were reluctant to acknowledge any shortcomings. Their refusal to accept responsibility for the design flaw aligns with a company culture that seems to avoid admitting mistakes. In summary, the trainers are poorly designed, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing them.

My order took over a month to arrive, and I still haven't received it. After numerous communications, I was informed that I could receive compensation in the form of a gift card, which was supposed to arrive by the end of the week. However, I received an email for a gift card with only 2 DKK instead of the 2500 DKK I expected for the shoes. The service has been extremely unprofessional, and I would suggest purchasing in person from a different retailer. I spent over 4 hours on service calls and waiting in the store, and I doubt I will receive any proper compensation.
I sent a package back on December 29 containing three items. I received a receipt from the shipping service and thought everything was fine. However, on January 6, I received an email regarding a refund for only two items in the box. I contacted support on January 13, and an employee confirmed that I was due a refund for the running shoes, promising I would receive it within 5-8 days. Unfortunately, that never happened, and now I am being told they haven't received the shoes. Despite providing tracking numbers and receipts, nothing has been resolved, and I feel cheated. This experience has led my family to decide against shopping with the company in the future.
A couple of my trainers broke within the warranty period, so I contacted the company for compensation. They offered two options: return them for compensation or take them to a store. They also provided a 20% discount code, which is not appealing when a 25% discount is available for Black Friday. I drove to a store only to be told they couldn't process online orders as they were not an official reseller. This was incredibly illogical given the information on the company's website. I called again, and they only offered to return the shoes, which I don't trust. They are too valuable to me to risk sending back without assurance of a refund. I find it extremely poor that no other solutions are presented.
