Treva my provider has been so helpful. I came to her in need of primary care and medication to manage my type 2 diabetes. Not only has she coached me through the challenges but she advocated to help me find and obtain the proper medications I need to live a healthier life. She has been a coach a teammate and a cheerleader through my health journey and I couldn't have done it without her or the Amaze team! I am now meeting with someone on the app that is helping me with food and nutrition also.
