Very convenient, but when something wrong happens outside 14 day return period, it will drag... really long. What do I mean by that? Simple. Prices, delivery times and support are really on a high level. In Belgium it is almost impossible to find better pricing/delivery dates. If you bought an item less than 2 weeks ago, return process is really simple. You just send a parcel back and receive a refund. Support help. However, if your item is on warranty or the issue was found after that grace period, prepare to talk to support for weeks. Example: I bought a phone (Samsung A55 EU). Both in description and title it was mentioned that the phone is EU. I received the phone, used it for a while and when I bought watches, it said that some features are not available in my region and after I checked, the IMEI was from UAE, not EU. It took me 2 seller contacts with no answer for 48 hours, 4 separate chat support contacts, one declined return/refund claim due "item being in perfect condition and being according to description" when it's clearly not. Currently one week passed of waiting for a couple of business days just to receive not communication. I once again wait for the answer, now they said it will take 3 business days. The support is good unless you contact them outside the grace period and start to talk to them about warranty issues. Date of experience is the start of this support adventure. I will edit the review if they answer, but yeah, still waiting

The delivery service is very disappointing.

The delivery service is very disappointing. The delivery team leaves packages without authorization, and even when items are stolen, they do not manage complaints effectively. If you persist with your concerns, they may attempt to close your account. I do not recommend using this service in Belgium; the alternative service in Germany is much more dependable.

The delivery system is inadequate. The delivery service leaves items without consent, and when they get stolen, they handle complaints poorly. If you persist with complaints, they may attempt to remove your account. I cannot recommend using this platform in Belgium; the German version is much more dependable.

Delivery issues with my order

I ordered a tool, but the driver delivered it to the wrong side of the street, unable to read numbers or simply indifferent. Bystanders informed him he was mistaken, and only after seeing me did he bring it to me! This is the third time I've had to call customer service, and each time, no one seems to care or take action! For me, this is where my experience ends!

Account blocked without clear reason

Suddenly, my account was blocked for "Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale" (whatever that means). I emailed them multiple times asking for clarification, but they never provided a real answer, only stating I violated the rules. Now, I can't create a new account. I will never purchase from this service again.

Price match request denied

I purchased an item I intended to buy from another country but chose this platform for faster shipping. The next day, I saw it was much cheaper elsewhere. I reached out to support for a price match, but they denied my request and didn't offer a partial refund or gift card. Their solution was to refuse delivery and reorder the item. Thanks for the assistance on Prime Day.

Unreliable service and sellers

This platform is not reliable, nor do they work with trustworthy sellers. They lead you to believe you can return merchandise for free and receive a refund, but that's not the case. Two months ago, I returned some shoes at my own expense, and despite confirmation of receipt, I have yet to see a refund. The same goes for a product I received incorrectly from another shop; they refused to take it back. Shopping here feels like gambling, hoping for a good outcome.

Delivery method is problematic

Now, the delivery person no longer rings the doorbell but calls you instead to inform you they are at your door? I have a strict spam filter on my phone, blocking calls from unknown numbers. If I had known about this delivery method, I could have adjusted my settings. Now, I have no idea what will happen to my order...
